Slide valves are essential when used in conjunction with bottom drains or gravity fed filters. They can be easily closed or opened to release the water from your pond to either your filter or to waste. They must be connected to pipework using solvent weld glue. This valve is supplied with adaptors to connect to 2" solvent waste pipe.
