Wayside Water Gardens Ltd obligation in the event of defective goods, damaged goods, failure to deliver goods, incorrect quantities or incorrect goods shipped will be to either, (a) Offer a full refund to the value of the goods or (b) Offer replacement for any goods of incorrect quantity, defective or damaged. Under no circumstances will Wayside Water Gardens Ltd be liable for any consequential, direct or indirect loss arising from any such occurrence stated above. The total liability of Wayside Water Gardens Ltd in any event shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the goods.
